Because time and scheduling are both very valuable components for our amazing team, we have implemented a cancellation policy, effective January 1, 2023.
We understand that emergencies do occur and kindly ask for a minimum of a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If 3 appointments are missed, a fee that is equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be applied if less than a 24-hour notice is given.

If more than 3 appointments are missed, the full service amount must be paid in full in order to book the next appointment.

A 50% deposit may be required for some appointments (please see our management team for more details). This amount can be used towards your services the day of your appointment.
